Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping to the rest of the world is coming  soon — if you're outside the US and would like a set, email us at hello@randomquark.com and we'll do our best to help in the meantime.

Free shipping
Shipping is free on all US orders. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing extra added at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are printed and dispatched within 1 working day.

Delivery time
United States: ships from our US printer and arrives within 3–5 days of dispatch. (When we open internationally, orders will ship from our global fulfilment hub and arrive in 6–12 working days, depending on location.)

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't turn up, just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll replace it or refund you — no fuss.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us quickly and we'll help where we can.
